I never write reviews, but here I am. I went in to get my eyebrows done today and emphasized I wanted it to be left thick and cleaned up, mentioning how I've been growing out my brows for weeks. And yet, when I got out of my chair and looked in the mirror, half of my eyebrow thickness was gone. One of them is rounded and the other was left pointed. The woman who did my eyebrows did not understand what I was asking for (thick, and clean up??) and she left me looking horrible. Avoid this place if you have thick eyebrows, you will leave with half of them gone.

They either have to train their new employees correctly or get qualified individuals at this salon. My experience today was absolutely atrocious. I got a herbal facial today, which is a straight forward service, but the woman doing my facial either doesn't know how to do anything or has not been taught properly. She scrubbed the product so harshly near my eyes that I am still left with irritation and redness 8 hours later. To top it all off, the woman who did my facial started yelling at me for opening my eyes.

I have been going to Elegance Salon for many years and I am really happy with the way they take care of what I need done. The owner Neetu and staff members Rekha, Taj and Prabh are professional and at the same time very friendly and make me feel very comfortable during the time I spend there. The place is clean and offers a variety of services. What I specially like is that during hair touch ups they don't miss any grays! I highly recommend this salon.
