I recently went in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The services felt rushed, and during the manicure, the nail technician accidentally cut my finger while being distracted by a conversation with another staff member. The salon also seemed a bit disorganized when it came to handling appointments and walk-ins, which added to the overall stress of the visit. It's a shame because they do offer a great selection of polish colors, but the quality of service doesn't match the price point.

I recently visited Chic Happens Nails to get my nails done for the holiday season, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The festive design exceeded my expectations—flawless deep red cat-eye polish with a perfect little gift-wrap accent nail that truly screams “Christmas ready!” The attention to detail on the bow was amazing. The salon itself was clean, cozy, and festive, making for an overall relaxing experience. Highly recommend !

Went in as a walk-in. They were pretty busy but they took me in about 20 minutes. I just got a gel manicure but the girl, I believe her name is Lisa did a great job, she even repaired a cracked nail for me at no charge. I will be going back again. Thanks for a great manicure!
