The entire experience was great. Easy to make an appointment, polite, professional, quick, and well-informed - 2 days later Alex was at my home to fix my issue on my oven (which I had caused - do not YouTube fixes). Alex was professional, kind, patient, and resolved my issue. I will still need a follow-up for a secondary part (my oven is old), but could not be happier with the service.

My phone call was answered promptly, courteously, and efficiently, The appointment was scheduled easily with a confirmation the day prior indicating who would be coming (and his picture). The technician Alex was on time and very pleasant. More importantly, he resolved our issue at what we believe was a fair price. American Service is now permanently in my Contacts.
