The technicians were outstanding. My request for a dryer repair was promptly addressed by the company, and they arrived the following day. The technicians gave a thorough explanation of the problem and the required remedies. They were both exceedingly courteous and considerate. For installation and repairs of appliances, I would heartily suggest.

I wrote this review 3 years ago > My refrigerator conked out on me over the weekend, so I searched google and found Reliable. I called and spoke to a representative, but technicians were limited do to the weekend and it was late afternoon that I placed the call. I scheduled an early morning appt for Monday...9/25 and was told the technician would arrive between 7-8 am, the technician John arrived around 7:30 and got right to work on repairing my fridge....he told me exactly what the problem was, how the refrigerator operates and how I should pack my freezer to maintain cold airflow to the fridge.
