We have been traveling all summer. It was now late September and my pedicure that I left our home in Phoenix with had seen better days. Where does a girl go when in a small town in upstate New York. Well! That is what my trusty Yelp app is for, right?! Hot Spot Salon and Spa had a good rating and reviews and was less then 5 miles away. I had an appointment with Danielle. I appreciated her questions and the way she made sure I was comfortable with the pedicure chair and water temperature. She made pleasant conversation that made the whole experience very enjoyable. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Not only is she a nail technician, but she also does hair and makeup. I made sure I left with her business card.

Highly recommend Danielle. This was my very first time going here and she made me feel so welcomed. I showed her the style haircut I wanted and she did that and then some. I’m feeling so good about myself and it’s the confidence boost I needed. I’m in love with my hair again. She also waxed my eyebrows and they look amazing! I’ve never had a go to stylist until now. I’m a forever customer now. Thank you so much Danielle!! I really appreciate it and you!

Love the Hot Spot salon and spa! Always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks . Amy is excellent in her profession and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
