Still getting charged full spa price when herkimer no longer has spa equipment. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience. Doors should close and lock better and outlet covers placed over electrical. Always clean!
The staff are all very friendly and the facility is great. The parking lot is a nightmare. There are several very large pot holes and trash. When pulling in the entrance, it is such a sharp incline that my new car undercarriage protector was damaged and needed repair.
