Horrible customer service. Super high markup. They tell you you have to wait 2 weeks for your stuff to be ordered. But what they don't tell you is they are only in the office one day a week so if your stuff doesn't show after 2 weeks you have to wait an additional week. I spent my hard-earned money with these guys and I got them giving me attitude over the phone because I want the stuff I paid for when they said it was going to show up.I do not recommend these guys to anyone whatsoever.
I have two mobility scooters, one that has pedals that allows me to get exercise.. and a four-wheel model that is fully automated.When I asked them if I could store my device inside I was wearing a winter face mask, and one of the girls behind the counter said it was fine and then asked if I was cute to the other employees... I guess when I took my mask off I wasn't cute enough for them because they then asked me to place my device in the back alley in the elements and where it could possibly be stolen. For many years my husband and I were patients of Dr. Kirkpatrick in the Herkimer office. I had an appointment earlier this month which was not confirmed by his office. I called to confirm it myself. Upon arrival I presented my insurance card(s) and proceeded to complete a form. The office staff approached me and stated in front of a room full of patients, that my insurance was not valid and I had to leave. I have had the same insurance for many years with no lapse in coverage which I later confirmed. A comment was made by a patient that I personally knew "why don't you pay your bills."
