“Terry Tree Service trucks responded to the emergency clean up in Geneseo following the microburst on June 16th. Our street was totally blocked and later after opening, lawns along the curbs were covered with huge piles of tree branches and shattered tree trunks. The Terry Tree Service trucks were amazing to watch as the picked up whole piles of branches and deposited them into the back of the truck. “I could not recommend High Falls Tree Service more. We had a dead maple tree that needed to be removed and they handled it quickly, carefully, and for a reasonable price. They were especially careful to not hurt the rock wall less than a couple feet away from the tree, didn't damage plants or the lawn surrounding it, and cleaned the area as they worked so by the time they were done you couldn't even tell anything happened.“

“From beginning to end our whole experience with Weber Tree was amazing. We were planning to get some work done and I happened to be in line at Chipotle behind Ziggy’s son. I asked him about the company and could immediately tell this was a quality business. Ziggy came out and did an estimate for us and immediately got back to us with a quote. He was so knowledgeable about trees and he genuinely cared about the health of them. We got a quote from another company who seemed detached from the actual trees. Even if Weber’s had been more (which it wasn’t, very reasonable!) we would have chosen them because of how attentive, friendly and experienced they were. Today is the day after they removed 5 very large trees with issues and some very overdue trimming of our huge oak trees, and we couldn’t be happier. Our yard looks great! The team worked so efficiently and well together. They know what they are doing!

“This landscaping company did a fantastic job with mulching a large berm and other areas in front of our house. They also spent time on a garden bed that had been removed by them 10 days before, where they leveled the ground, placed down topsoil and seeded grass. The crew were hard working and led by Tom who was very professional. The crew cleaned up all debris before they left. Overall, I highly recommend them as a landscaping company. “I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts for your tree trimming needs. We had them remove an entire very large silver maple that had been badly damaged in a storm, and trim and tidy up several others near power lines and near our house and shed. They were very professional and efficient, had all the right equipment, and made highly controlled cuts at all times so there was no risk to buildings and wires. We're very happy with how much cleaner and healthier our trees are looking now.“

I met with Isaiah about having some tree work done on my property after seeing what a great job your crew did for my neighbor just weeks prior. He was very polite, knowledgeable and gave a very fair price.

On the day scheduled to do the work Nate, Mason, and Nick arrived early, early is on time in my world, and ready to get to work. They asked me what my expectations were and they agreed and also offered a couple great suggestions. They really have the trees best interest in mind, they don't just start cutting limbs away. I showed them the cooler I made available for them full of ice and sports drinks and they couldn't have been more thankful.

Thank you Isaiah, Nate, Mason, and Nick - you made this a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!!

06/05/2024 - One of your crews was doing some work for my neighbor and I just wanted to say how professional and courteous they were when I asked a couple questions. It was pretty warm so I gave them a bunch of bottled water and they were very appreciative.“

“We had Birchcrest remove three very large trees in our back yard. The crew showed up on the day they said they’d be here, and the crew leader spent a couple of minutes explaining what they were going to do and how. I went into the house thinking it would take a good amount of time only to peek outside about 15 minutes later and one of the trees was already down! They made quick work of taking these trees down, were very thorough about cleaning up and making sure the yard was back to normal despite having a few large holes in the ground where the trees hit when they fell. The largest logs were put in our front yard by the street and were removed the next day with a large loader. They came back a few days later and repaired the holes in the lawn and all was back to normal. It was a very good experience and fun to watch too. They’re a great company to work with, highly recommendable.“
