“Max Effort is amazing! Everyone - staff and clients - has been friendly and welcoming. I have never felt judged or out of place. The facility is only available to you when you have a session with your trainer, so this is not the type of place you would pop into on a whim for a workout. Everyone is working with a trainer on their specific goals, so there are people of all ages and abilities. I have been working with Jenn for going on two months now. She has been incredibly supportive and makes each workout new and engaging. I'm not where I want to be yet, but making consistent progress with her support! Thank you, MET!“

“I was 7 months pregnant and plagued with terrible migraines. I had been dealing with them for months just trying to get through raising a 3 year old at the same time. The migraines were absolutely debilitating. I called Bob because he was close by and had previously called multiple massage therapists who couldn’t see me for weeks. Bob got me in within a few hours. He spent almost two hours on my neck and head asking me questions as to where the pain was stemming from and working to relieve it. By the end of the session I was in tears of relief.
