In every situation they were brought into, they handled it with professionalism and knowledge. I would (and already have) recommended them to other friends in the industry. They are amazing at what they do. Hands down!“

Specifically, Jeremy rebuilt my website for me and has assisted with improving it over the subsequent years. He responds to any questions or concerns I have within hours (often minutes!). His pricing is fair to boot. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with web design, marketing, etc.“

233 Alexander St # 6, Rochester“We reached out to Pauleen for assistance planning our wedding and providing day-of services. We were planning our wedding from out of state and only had time for a few quick trips back to NY to pull everything together. Pauleen was responsive, exceptionally organized, and answered all of our questions in great detail and with a ton of helpful suggestions. What stood out the most to me was her thoughtfulness the day of our wedding. She was feeling a little under the weather that weekend but pushed through like a champ and ensured that not only my husband and I had an amazing day but our guests were having a great time as well!“

As executive director of a long-term care community, I highly recommend them to busy executives who don't have the time or expertise to stay on top of Google's ever changing algorithm demands. 245 E Main St, Rochester“I grew up around the Democat & Chronicle morning, (Times Union afternoon), I use to be a newspaper delivery boy, handled the early morning and the afternoon at 1 point. The Times Union was discontinued years ago due to economical changes. $$$ I think during this time, Gannet took over USA today. The Gannet group has been around a long time. When I was a kid, Mr. Paul Miller was the "top dog" here in Rochester.A respected man, he was the publisher I believe. I knew a man that worked for Gannet and he told me years ago, Mr. Miller would walk down in to the print and publishing rooms and just say hi. The "old school" style, the working man. But times are changing, much is online now, digital. But the D and C is still published and delivered daily, which I think is only fair. Some people do not own, nor want a computer. To each their own. I remember when the D and C, and Times Union were pages thick, now, except Sunday's which has even changed is nowhere near its depth. There use to be so many stories, ads, jobs offered, but things have changed. I still grab an occasional Sunday paper, just for old times sake, even though I can probably find print online regarding a story.“
“We had our website designed by DNA and very happy with the end result. Julio is very professional, and prompt with communications and always willing to help.“
