Jiffy Lube

I've been using this jiffy lube location for a few years now, and they're awesome. I can't say anything bad about them.Price- they can't control the price and for less money maybe you can get the work done somewhere else. But let me share my story. I went there to get a set of brakes done and they quoted me in the price and I thought it was too high so I took it to a local guy I had used on the past. He did the brakes without quoting me, because I incorrectly assumed it would be less money. It would have been $60 less if I'd have had jiffy lube do the brakes.Customer service- I went in to get a heat shield fixed. I had a screw in my tire…. Called about a dozen places and everyone needed me to leave the car for the day. I came to Jiffy Lube and he repaired it in 5 min, no wait! And there was no charge!!! Amazing

Was a pleasure doing work with the Henrietta Jiffy Lube. The assistant manager was great to work with! Best part about it was the assistant manager was the one working on my car, but he was also the one that dealt with the phone calls as well.. reminded me of bringing car to a local mechanic.. overall great experience and will definitely be returning.
