At the Henrietta store, Jamie helped us hone in on the quality of carpet we wanted and to select from the 15ft wide rolls that would work for the room we were carpeting without any seams. The installation was quick and efficient and they totally cleaned up afterward. They were able to work around some electronics so that I didn't have to disconnect and reconnect a bunch of tv wires and related stuff. We will absolutely go there for any future carpeting needs!“

“Contacted Monroe Floor Resurfacing via phone and made a quick free estimate appointment. Staff came out in a timely manner and was very professional. Easy to pay invoices and initial deposit online with credit card. I had a small bedroom resurfaced and some pet related damage repairs. Some timing and scheduling issues throughout the repair, which I was appropriately compensated for. Very friendly office and technician staff. I did get a wood air vent upgrade which I highly recommend, it looks wonderful. We had a lighter color hardwood initially that we had stained to aged barrel and looks wonderful. Decent price and quality work. Highly recommend and would consider using again.“

“Second time using Rochester Hardwood Floor.

My home has the original narrow plank hardwoods. The floors are over 60 years old. Rochester Hardwood, literally has made them look brand new! Their work is consistently good. Two years ago, I had the floors on the main level refinished, and last month I had the 2nd floor floors refinished. I’m amazed at how well the floors turn out.

The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review: the shoe molding trim really takes a beating and in several areas there was polyurethane splashed up on my walls and trim.

Otherwise- couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the floors turned out.“
