Brite Family Dental Care has provided excellent service for over four years, even through insurance changes and a child's needs. They are caring and accommodating, handling emergencies promptly and offering options when insurance coverage changes. The practice is reliable and attentive, making patients feel well cared for. Overall, they have a strong reputation for quality dental care and patient support.
I was referred here by my twins pediatrician 2 yrs ago. We have had nothing but the best experiences. I was bummed when they no longer accepted our insurance but, they informed us well in advance and offered options for us to remain patients.
I have been to brite family dental for about two years now. I came to this practice from a family recommendation after I ran into problems with my last dentist and their sloppy work that resulted in needing a root canal. My dental insurance isn't the best and a lot of dental places do not accept it. This dental practice does and is affordable. Dr Ross is amazing! She is friendly and Kind. She is very gentle in her work. I have had her handle my bad dental work from a previous dentist and she was able to save my tooth. Dr Ross truly cares for her patients and remembers them and their medical and personal situations. I ran into an issue over a holiday weekend and I called the office and was surprised to know dr Ross was the one who answered the call. She helped me and was able to squeeze me in the next day (she wanted me in that day) per my request because I had a bad infection. Again she was super gentle and kind in the situation and released the pain and infection without any residual complications. The staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They are following all the covid precautions with masks, social distancing, keeping the waiting room empty and having people call before coming into the office, taking temperatures etc.
I have been going to Brite Family Dental Care for the past 4 years. My experience with Dr. Ross and her associates is always positive and they have helped me to better understand the how and why of my dental needs.
