My son has a fractured elbow. His doctor is requesting an MRI and expedited the request. We are still waiting on approval 5 days later. Unacceptable!!! What needs to be approved? He has a fracture. What does expedite mean???

Sometimes you have to wait in order to be seen but the workers there are friendly and knowledgeable. It's very obvious that the staff there cares about the people who come in looking for help.
