“I can't say enough good about ProClinix in Tarrytown! I came to Adam for help with my shoulder following surgery. I was in the midst of chemotherapy treatments. Adam not only fixed my shoulder (it feels better than it has felt since I was in high school), he helped me through my cancer treatment. “I received a gift certificate for a day of beauty for Christmas. I am so happy my husband did his research and found this gem of a place. First, I received my deep tissue massage from Eric, he was amazing. He worked on all my problem areas, had amazing bedside manner and I felt extremely comfortable with him. Then I finished it off with a hydro facial from Sara. All I have to say is WOW! I've never had that type of facial and it exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return.“

“In my search for Yoga and Pilates classes in Nyack, I came across Soul Flyte Yoga Studio. I was happy about the content on their website - it was very detailed and informative plus the reviews were very good, which helped solidify my decision on visiting this studio. There were other things that piqued my interest, such as the ease of booking classes online. Yup, the class schedule is on their website where all the classes are displayed with the instructor and times. The communication with the studio was also good.I took advantage of the new client offer which consists of 4 classes for only $66. I had my first class (Cardio Pilates) today with Liz and it was absolutely amazing! The tempo was just right and I was able to go at my own pace. The studio was clean and the atmosphere was just calm and welcoming. I am happy to say that I completed my first ever Cardio Pilates class and it was awesome! “I am writing to give Emily my highest recommendation as a doula and massage therapist!My wife and I worked with Emily as a doula for the birth of our third child, which was my second delivery. Emily was a valuable source of information leading up to and during the birth -- including giving us tips when the baby was still breech at 28 weeks, helping us decide how to navigate the induction process when I went past my due date, and providing advice on how to manage pain without an epidural during a much faster than expected progression of labor. I pulled my neck during labor, and Emily gave me a postpartum massage which felt great and seemed to help speed my recovery.Emily is organized, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend her services, especially for LGBTQIA+ clients or anyone planning to attempt an unmedicated childbirth.“
