I relocated into a co-op that needed updating but not a full renovation. I added some pantry cabinetry for more storage but didn’t want to replace the original cabinets. They were dated but in good shape so I opted to paint them. The color match that Paint Track did was outstanding and you can’t tell the old cabinets from the new. The cabinet surfaces are smooth and beautiful and no one can believe they’re the same cabinets!

“My neighbor recommended AK Paving for my small driveway project. The project consisted of removing 3 layers of asphalt and repaving, add a Belgium block apron, and leveling a prefab concrete trench drain so vehicles can enter garage smoother. When the owner, Alex Lino surveyed the job, he suggested building up the cement walls of the trench as the original installer pitched the trench properly and addressed the ~3" step up when vehicles entered garage with anchored perforated platforms. Secondly, the driveway is both on a decline slope into garage but also on hill, so you are dealing with 2 angles if that makes sense. Lastly, vehicles entering or exiting top of driveway always bottomed out either the front of the air dam or rear undercarriage. Previous owners tried cutting away and repair with cold patch as seen in pic. What an eyesore. The projected started on time as scheduled and the team of 3, 4, or 5 people depending on phase of project were professional with various skillsets. I watched probably 95% of the project and learned a lot and their meticulous workmanship. It took 3.5 days to complete. Alex is very conscientious and extremely knowledgeable mentioning his 30 years of expertise is any complex stonework which he prefers, concrete, and asphalt paving. What's also important about the company is the front office is staffed properly and any email communication has always been answered within 24 hours but typically within the same day. The proposal presented to me was very competitive and met scope. I highly recommend AK Paving for your project needs in vision, budgetary, and timeline requirements“

“Fernando and the team are the best of the best. Not only the workmanship and quality are great, but they are also honest, professional and knowledgeable people. We had a problem with our sewer lateral during a routine inspection that is required by the town when the house is being sold. Fernando helped to diagnose the issue and bring in a plumber (Ricky) and others to craft a careful plan that would minimize the potential for redoing major parts of the front lawn area. His team worked through the weekend to help meet deadlines. They collaborated with the town inspector to make sure the job was done well before proceeding to retest the sewer lateral with the camera and closing up the site. It was a complex job and the team did it meticulously and thoughtfully. Fernando kept me calm and eased my worries during the project. I trust this group fully. We received a pass on the city discharge certification for sewer lateral as a result of vista’s great work. And the final result was as if nothing happened in the front yard area. “I have used Avellino Construction for two different projects between August and October. The first project involved the demo of a side concrete walkway and replacement with Cambridge pavers. The second project which was recently completed was the demo and reconstruction of my front steps. In both cases Joe and his crew did excellent work. Joe was present daily while the work was being done and assisted his crew when needed.
