Poor customer service. I never felt like they did one thing to provide the service I was requesting. I waited weeks for them to get back to me. They were not proactive, they were not responsive. If they are like this with a simple request to plant ground covering around a grave site, I shutter to think how they would respond to larger jobs. I finally did the job myself.

I love this place. They have been helping me arrange regular plantings, weeding, watering, and special flowers/flags for 10 years now. They make it so easy with mailed catalogs to choose various items. Since I live a long way from New York this is really a great service. I especially appreciate Rosemarie's patience in helping me make choices depending on the season.
