“Brought my pup here yesterday for the first time and I will be using them exclusively for pet grooming from now on!I found them online and booked the appointment through the website for just a couple days out- such an easy process! Brought my 7 year old Cockapoo in for her haircut, teeth cleaning and nail grinding yesterday and what a great experience! Leah at the front desk was so friendly and made me feel like my girl was in really good hands. Only an hour and a half later, I received a text that they were just about done and I could head over to pick her up.She came running out to greet me looking BEAUTIFUL, clean and so so so happy! Josh did her service and he was an absolute delight to speak with and assured me that my baby girl was so good and easy to work with. Her haircut was done exactly the way we like, she looked and smelled so clean and my pup seemed so happy and comfortable- which is really the most important thing!I couldn’t happier with this place and my husband and I are so excited that we found them! Will be exclusively bringing both our dogs here for any grooming needs going forward! I’m sure everyone is wonderful but Josh was so fantastic that I’ll be making sure to book with him every time! :)“
“Finally a place where my angel Rocco can go and feel free He enjoyed his time so much when we went to pick up he didn't want to leave Amazing, caring staff 100 5 star ratings Thank you for taking care of my baby when I couldn't“

“Vinny at Wrkndog is the best . My dog was very hard headed. One class and he was the best. Now he is help me with another one who we rescued. He is 16 months old.“
“I write this with great sorrow. Paul trained our first dog and when we got our 2nd, I knew he was the guy to call. Paul has passed away and is running free with the pups forever. Thank you for your help in the past and wish we could work together again. Rest easy.“
“Tyler was a a great trainer. After being told I should put my dog on meds by another trainer I found Tyler online and reached out to him. We only had 2 short months before I was moving out of state. The progress I saw in those 2 months was crazy and way more than the other trainer did in 5 months. I wish I had more time with him but he gave me the tools and knowledge to continue to work with my reactive dog.“
“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“
“Update: Emma is no longer at Royal Paws Inc. She is now at The Groomers on Brentwood Rd in Bay Shore. Emma is a fantastic groomer. You tell her how you want your dog groomed and she is always very accommodating, even with people as fussy as me. Our Tucker always looks great after visiting Emma.“

K9 mania is Amazing,I highly recommend their services to anyone having a difficult time training their dog, it truely works! I can't thank Gabby enough for her kind professionalism while caring ,training and loving our precious pup. Gabby spent time not only training Sandy, but also training us with handling and commanding our dog. A huge success! We are forever greatful. Thank you K 9 Mania, Thank you Gabby.“
“We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!) Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so don't get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly! I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.“
“The staff is always pleasant. Appointments are always given in a timely fashion from the initial phone call. The veterinarians who have seen our dog have always made a correct diagnosis on the initial visit and were able to treat our dog accordingly. Would definitely recommend this office. Thank you“
“Recently my 13 y.o. cat, Skippy, was diagnosed with a tumor that is causing nausea and vomiting. Towne Line Veterinary staff, especially Dr Corso and Meaghan, have been extremely accommodating in addressing Skippy’s needs and my concerns. When he wouldn’t eat last week, I reached out and they told me to bring him in right away. The compassion that they show for our fur babies is amazing and very genuine. I can’t say enough about this practice.“
