I need to replace my current Loop-Loc pool cover from 35 years ago! It was top quality. Now I am totally confused because of reviews by very dissatisfied customers. Can Bill's daughter and current owner LeAnn Donaton give me any assurance? Your dad made a pool cover that has lasted a third of a century! Please protect your dad's legacy. Tell me what to do? There must be a solution to correct this situation.

We have had great experience working with Loop Loc. It is important to make sure whoever is doing the measuring is measuring properly and same with whoever is installing. A distributor or dealer that knows what they are doing helps as well.
