A terrible customer service experience. I needed to speak to a technician related to the Resmed Airmini CPAP machine I purchased from Hampton Homecare and over last 10 days I reached out to Hampton 3 times (phone and chat) and advised them of my issue and I was advised on all 3 occasions that I would receive a call from one of their technicians. I never received a single call and my issue remains unresolved! Totally unacceptable. They will sell you something but clearly not there to support you once the purchase is over. Beware. Jerry

I've had a CPAP machine through this company for approx. 2 years. Due to a Philips Respironics recall my machine had to be replaced. Since my insurance pays for it and my replacement parts I usually just click on my email to get the replaceable parts mailed to me wihtout speaking to a representative. I recently had an issue with a gasket on my machine that wasn't covered through my insurance. After bouncing around Hampton Home care with a few different people that were less than happy to try solve my problem I was told that they do not stock the gasket and I had to call Phillips directly, so I did. I placed an order almost 1 month ago and it still hasn't been fulfilled. I am an existing customer who changed insurance plans. Your representative said they are waiting for insurance approval, but said there is nothing that can be done to see why it is taking so long. Not helpful at all. Would rather deal with a different company that actually cares about their customers.
