I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.

I came in recently with a dress I needed taken in, it had some complex sections which made it very difficult to work on. I received the dress only two weeks before the event I needed it for and then immediately brought it in to be taken in. Even with the short time window, the gentleman had it done and beautifully taken in! Thank you so much!Services: Alterations

I have been using DIT Cleaners for well over 10 years. I had my sweet 16 dress, three prom dresses, a wedding dress, and two bridesmaid dresses altered here and they look great and fit great every single time.Last Wednesday, I had tried on my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I had Saturday, I had gained a little bit of weight and it did not zip all the way.
