“I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to! “I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. Clover installed an additional and redundant filtering device, and the boiler now works perfectly. Throughout my work with Anthony, with Bridgette and Samira of the dispatching staff, and with Alex and Manny, the on-site technicians, I found Clover to be prompt, responsive, expert and patient in explaining and solving the issues and deciding the courses to take. “I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.<br>He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. “Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve.
