Brian at Thoroughspect reached out to us right away. He set forth a plan to assess our 95-year-old house, checking all the vulnerable areas from attic to basement. “I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good! “Paul C was so easy to connect with unlike other companies I reached out to. He understood the urgency, and treated me with professionalism. Given my reference to a local Facebook group, he offered an annual program, which we turned down, but was quite comprehensive, competitive, and appealing. For our needs, we spent a one-time $250 to address a wasp nest issue we had in our bushes and grass. We followed up with a complimentary (regularly $75) mosquito treatment, which definitely helped for about 2-3 weeks (as they predicted). Paul was so easy to communicate with, and Hank, who did the treatments, was helpful and thorough. We'll definitely use them again if we need the service!“
