The examinations I've received at Hartsdale Family Eyecare are among the most thorough I ever received anywhere, whether by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. Dr Schwartz is extremely patient and a great communicator. Her team is highly competent and friendly as well. And after receiving a number of not very good eyeglass prescriptions elsewhere over the years, I really appreciate the accuracy of Dr Schwartz's measurements and prescriptions.

Dr Schwartz has literally changed my life. It had become so hard to correct my double vision that other doctors had said I was asking too much to have my vision corrected. In the span of a one hour visit, Dr Schwartz found a solution and I can see quite well now! Her office staff is incredible as well and have gone over and above to help me

This review is for optician, Shay, who works in this dynamic, all-female office. Her customer service ethic is outstanding. Patients are handled with a dedication I have rarely seen andreceive exacting care. In my case, she even demystified the minutae of my insurance plan to ensure that I took full advantage of my benefits. I noted that she was also sensitive to the needs of her older clientele, speaking clearly and making sure that there were no comprehension issues for them.
