Just another happy customer giving a shout out to Kris! He was easy to get in touch with, clear about pricing, and quick to schedule me for next day. He came out on a Sunday to catch a raccoon hiding in our roof using video surveillance and a food baited trap. He returned Monday (Columbus Day) to pick up the critter and patch the hole with sheet metal for temporary security until the roofer came. Kris was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional as the other reviews have stated, while also doing a thorough job. Excellent service. I didn't realize a deer died under a shrub until the smell was horrible. The deceased deer was big and heavy. Tri-State came out to my house on a Sunday, removed the deer. I couldn't believe how fast they got to my house. I will definitely call them again.

Kudos to Tristate Wildlife! Great job. I called Tristate and left a message about a Groundhog in my backyard. Chris returned my call immediately and put us on the schedule to set up a humane live-trap. Within 3 hours of setting up the trap, the Groundhog entered the trap. The following morning, they removed the Groundhog and took him away to relocate him away from people’s homes. They are very professional and thorough. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner (before the Groundhogs hibernate for the winter). Great work! Thank you.
