Excellent customer service! Our water just stopped running after 6pm one Saturday night and I searched on Angie’s List. We have a well and my husband had already tried replacing some pump switch and it didn’t work. Park Plumbjng and Heating called us within 20 minutes, asked a few questions and walked us through a common electrical fix and it worked! They were super informative and they could’ve just scheduled an appointment to come out but instead were very honest and forthcoming about the probable issue. We will definitely use them when we have a repair or issue with our well.

Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request. Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, speed, and service!
