The balance 3Hplus program is an amazing program. I say this as I experienced my mothers transformation. She has been going through hormonal changes for the past 10 years and her weight has always been up-and-down. When she began this program not just her weight went down and was maintained but her whole outlook on life has changed. She is a happier, more confident person and she looks the best she ever has!
