“Needed new stacked washer/dryer unit for our apartment, and Tiso got the replacement within a few days (literally like 3 days) and said they would install this morning, and they sure delivered. Called me around 9am to say they’d be here shortly, and they took out old unit and were finished install by 11am! WOW. Very nice guys, super efficient, and funny too. I would 100% recommend this local business vs. big box places. If only every business could be this on top of things!“

“I really don't know how to qualify this review to temper my anecdotal enthusiasm other than with with some form of empirical evidence. That's hard when I feel like I've just witnessed a magical event. I Called at 12PM. Ijumaa arrived the same day- before I had time to clean the kitchen - and left having completed his diagnosis, defrost and disassembly, repairs, reassembly, perspicuous explanations, and preventative care adjustments and instructions just before 2PM. I am relieved that the refrigerator is operating optimally and that I will never have to search for another trusted appliance repair service. Thank-you, Dockery's!“
