I wanted a split air system installed. They explained the options and trade-offs. I was impressed with their experience and candor. They developed about 5 options for me to choose from. On installation day they were on time and prepared for the weather. The crew was professional, courteous and apparently quite capable ;-) the system looks great and is working well. During the installation they took extra care, in my opinion, to plumb and wire the units with an appreciation for the appearance. As a result, I have fewer holes in and out of my house than I expected. They also electronically registered the units for warranty with the manufacturer for me. I am happy with the service and would recommend them.
