Visited the location several months ago.Requested a Kohler kitchen sink hose the gentleman I spoke to stated, did not have item,took my e mail address and would contact me..He never did !!I called Kohler directly,they not only shipped me the item, the item was under warranty ,no charge An extremely poor way to operate a business
