Visited the location several months ago.Requested a Kohler kitchen sink hose the gentleman I spoke to stated, did not have item,took my e mail address and would contact me..He never did !!I called Kohler directly,they not only shipped me the item, the item was under warranty ,no charge An extremely poor way to operate a business

What the previous guy said. The owner is a person of extremely low moral character. I have never met a more disgusting human being. They will charge more than any other plumbing or HVAC company. Definitely do your research before using this company.
