Horrible company!! They charged my card for Valentines day flower delivery and never delivered the flowers to my wifes job. I confirmed all the info the morning of. There is no excuse. Thanks for ruining the day!!

Do NOT use this florist. They sent dead flowers and stems with flowers broken off. Looks like something from The Adams Family or that they took flowers out of the dumpster to make this tiny "bouquet" that would have cost my father $123 had Ava's Flowers not reimbursed him! I still received the flowers, probably because Luxe did not see the cancellation since they were supposed to be delivered 2 days prior! This review is not allowing me to post pics. Trust me, IT'S HORRIBLE!!

Ordered and paid for my flowers on the spot Friday 11/03 afternoon, received a credit card transaction receipt , transaction approved, went to pick up my flowers at 6pm Saturday 11/04 and was greeted by a well manners young man who had no clue what I was talking about. He then contacted the young lady I dealt with who told me that on the morning of 11/04 the email said transaction declined, them proceeded to say she tried calling me , then the email said transaction was disputed. I'm very disappointed that this is how ppl do business! I will be going all out for my refund since it was processed from bank account.
