“I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told(for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". However, quite unlike thetwo other HVAC establishments I called, Ms Nicole of W&G was courteous, caring, and very professional. She explained everything and immediately sent me out a new client form to complete and scan back. I was then told I am on the urgent list and to expect a call from a technician within 12 - 24 hours. To my astonishment, at 4:30 pm, Josh from W&G was at my home to examine and repair our AC system. He was neat, precise, friendly, and over all excellent. He had us up and cooling quickly and all this in only a few hours from my initial call !! What a pleasure to work with a local company with employees like Nicole and Josh. They are the finest ambassadors Weber and Grahn could ever wish for to represent their business. The owners and management team at W&G should be very proud of how they performed today.
