I went in to get a pot for a small Alberta Spruce that I bought there for an outside table and the pot was 1/2 off!!! And they were out of bags of topsoil to sell so the salesman said he would fill up my pot with topsoil that they had on premises! What a great customer focused business! Patient employees in the shop who take you around and answer ALL your questions. Then they come to your house and plant the selected plants and fertilize and help to insure that they survive. Friendly and unassuming. This was a pleasure!!

something I ordered was wrong and they refunded me almost the who!e price no questions asked. definitely a place that wants to do right by their customers. great high quality plants too!
