I must say it's amazing how there are thousands of people who only have amazing and fantastic things to say about Carolyn's Good Ground Cleaners. AKA, me! People who are happy with my service don't go out of the way to leave positive feedback because they don't even think about it. They don't realize the importance of it and that's really ok... but then... You get one miserable, disgruntled individual who wishes to make your life as miserable as theirs, one absolutely impossible person who not only ruins your day, but is totally unbelievable to deal with.
