Got Mani Pedi on Friday which didn't last thru Sunday before they began chipping. Way to waste $100. It's Wednesday and I have to paint over each nail to make them look good

Just got a "spa pedicure" (beautiful polish job and heavenly 15 minute foot massage). I really enjoyed it but the $75 price tag was too high in my opinion. I was under the assumption that a manicure was included, but that was purely my fault for misunderstanding. The technician, Sam, was so strong I actually decided last minute to get a chair massage. BEST chair massage of my life (and I get them often). $18 for 10 minutes is also pretty steep but he was worth it. If I had gotten someone with less amazing hands I probably would've been pretty disgruntled but Sam was awesome and I will always ask for him from now on ASK FOR SAM.

Every time I go there I say I'm never going again, and I always end up going back because of convenience. Their massages are great but their nail art, quality of manicure, and overall experience is low. And their prices are pretty up there so I would expect more from a salon charging $65 for a regular mani/pedi. I asked my nail tech if she could give me the flowers I showed her a picture of and he said "yes yes yes" but it was really a "no no no". So bad!
