X Factor recently resurfaced my garage floor and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The floor was previously pitted but the team did an outstanding job restoring it. They began by thoroughly cleaning and preparing the surface. It was then determined that an extra waterproofing step was needed. X Factor did not charge extra for this and I appreciated having the job done correctly. The attention to detail was impressive. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
