I have some prior year tax refund issues with the IRS and a 3-month IRS processing delay of my year 2020 tax return just compounded my anxiety. Marc was very professional, patient and knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping me sort out my problems and calming my nerves in the process. I would definitely use their tax services again and will highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Oh my gosh these guys are amazing. I was so nervous and Kailee was so helpful and explained everything in a way that I clearly understood without ever once condescending. These guys have real IRS experience and they are super professional. The prices are clear and unbelievably reasonable. I went with them on gut instinct after watching their YouTube channel and I am so glad I did. They saved me so much anxiety and headache and Kailee made me laugh too!! They are the only service I will use or recommend going forward.
