I've had Russ and his guys do numerous projects for my last two homes as well as for clients of mine as well. They have done multiple carpeting installs for us and a pretty big luxury vinyl plank install. Their customer service is top notch no matter who you're dealing with and they truly take their time to do installs the right way. They are meticulous about their work and it shows. It's always nice seeing Andrea in the store too. She is super nice, she is very good about keeping you updated with timelines and is very patient when you're not 100% sure what it is you're looking for. We had them carpet our entire upstairs and we are extremely pleased with the result. Bill was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them on future projects.
