I've had Russ and his guys do numerous projects for my last two homes as well as for clients of mine as well. They have done multiple carpeting installs for us and a pretty big luxury vinyl plank install. Their customer service is top notch no matter who you're dealing with and they truly take their time to do installs the right way. They are meticulous about their work and it shows.
