Called back with estimate 3 days after given all specs with a skyrocketed price that offended me... average price of delivered custom shower door and buttress... $800 their price... $1500

Went to them because they were close and had the most reasonable prices and best turnaround time of the few locations we called. We should have kept looking. They estimated that it would take between 7 and 10 days to replace one double pane, double hung. This was in September, so it was still nice out, and not a huge deal having a window missing in our living room for a week. Simple enough to just cover it. 10 days later, still no call about the window replacement being finished. We waited a few more days, still nothing, so we called in. Eight months ago I redid my bath and decided on Hamburg Glass to supply and hang my glass shower door. I've been so pleased with how professional everyone was to deal with and their installers were great. They suggested to add a 'coating' to the glass and I am thankful that I heeded their suggestion.
