Dr. Ince-Mercer is one of the best doctors ever. But since the new NP replaced Harmony I've had to call every month to get my prescription sent 3 days in advance due to shortages. They used to sign off on it when Harmony was there but the replacement seems to not want to sign off even tho if I don't get it sent over in advance I won't be able to get it for a few days to a week after I'm out. This has gotten ridiculous and gives a bad name to them. Again the doctor is amazing.
I can honestly say she is the best. Dr.Mercer is not only very knowledgeable but she is also very compassionate and caring. She listens,she doesn't dismiss.She is on top of her game and alot of other doctors could learn alot from her as how to be a great dr. I trust her immensely. I am going through alot right now with my health but I know with her in my corner I am going to be ok. The medical profession needs more doctors like her. I could not ask for a better doctor.
