This is a wonderful place of health and fitness: martial arts training, fitness classes, weights, nutrition classes, and a whole lot of amazing people. Staff are kind and welcoming.

Sensi Mike is an incredible teacher and mentor for your kids. Extremely knowledgeable. Every sensi there is amazing. I Highly recommend trying Defensive arts Dojo you won't regret it.

From the youngest and smallest to the oldest and largest, Defensive Arts Dojo is a community built on discipline, self betterment and good spirit.The staff is great with children and adults alike, giving students the space to challenge, and often, surprise themselves with strength, endurance, perseverance, and respect.10/10.
