I had the best customer service experience ever! Everyone is so friendly and supportive there. They were genuinely happy that I was happy. The exam was thorough and the prescription is great. I bought two pairs of glasses. One is prescription sunglasses and they were equally awesome when I came back to get a progressive put in. (Learned single vision just not good all around for me) Did I mention quick? My glasses were ready in a days! I also stepped out of my comfort zone and thanks to Will I got a completely different kind of frame and I love them. If you need glasses go see them. Recently I went. To the Hamburg office. Had my eye exam. Dr Todd was excelent. The sat down to order new glasses, both dress sunglasses. I used a pair older of older frames, but stated ty could use which they did. Both pairs with bifocals and ordered as I requested. One minor adjustment on nose pads. Staff is polite and friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Prices are very reasonable compared to the last place. Half price. To to others

I have seen Dr. Todd, Danielle and others since the East Aurora office days and now Mary Beth. The professional service that my family has received has been superb. If you need a competent eye doctor in a family friendly location visit Dr. Todd and staff.
