do not go into this sally's if you need help picking out products. I went in needing help picking out a toner. And both girls working picked out a specific toner for my hair. I looked at the swatch of the toner and said "my hair won't look like that right?" And they both told me "No no it won't" I used the toner and it turned out EXACTLY what they said wouldn't happen. They clearly don't know what they are talking about, i would have been better off picking out my own.

I went in to make an appointment, but unfortunately they ignored me. I understand they were working with clients and might not have had the time to book an appt for me, but that’s all they had to say. Instead, I was blatantly ignored. Not even a “hello, can we help you?”Someone walked in a few min after I did and they were quick to greet that person, so I took the hint that they wanted nothing to do with me. it was unprofessional in my opinion.

I've been going here for years and they are nothing short of amazing. Every where I go I get complements on my hair thanks to the amazing hair dressers. I would never go to anyone or anywhere else.
