Just walking in door made all the difference. Very comfortable. Got to know us before we started. Asked questions that examined multiple areas. Felt the process was about us and not time on a clock.

I want to thank Mark and Jeff for the professionalism they have shown in the quick, efficient and knowledgeable preparation of my tax return. Their new office in Hamburg makes it even more convenient. I highly recommend their service.

Mark and Jeff were both very easy to work with and made the tax experience bearable. Both were willing to spend time with me to ensure we had all the docs needed, and had a good sense of humor and levity about them which was really nice. Hours are great (the extended hours on some days of the week are greatly appreciated) and make it easy to engage. Will be back next year and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
