Every time I come in for an appointment, I'm blown away by the shortness of my wait (I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, and the time I did wait 5 minutes was only once so very out of the ordinary!) and the affability of ALL the staff. Every person I come in contact with is so kind and seems truly joyful. This last appointment, I remember thinking how they all seem so happy to be there at work. They do very well to put me at ease, and have never once made me feel shameful or guilty for my many dental issues. They're so informative, and very clear with all their information. “My 8 yr old daughter had a tooth pulled today and cap done on a rotten tooth . We have been to kingston and Catskill prior with no luck due to her anxiety and fear .
Although watching her be strapped down today was hard for me cuz she still cried and gagged a bit ..it had to be done because she had an infection… the doctor got the job done! He was super fast and patient ,along with the nurses…we have to go back two more times .but I’m super grateful he didn’t throw in the towel when she got scared and cried .A+++ for him! Thank you!“
