“We had Kinetic Basement Solutions apply dry lock to our basement walls this week and we were very impressed with the service. The woman who handles the scheduling is so friendly and helpful. We had Mark come out to inspect our basement and provide an estimate. We were provided an excellent price and decided to proceed with the work. Mark, Melvin and Joe completed the job over a two day period (we have a very large basement) and we enjoyed having them here. They kept the work space extremely neat and they were very professional, friendly and careful with our home. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to use their service again in the future and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing work in their basement.“

“When our organization needed to put an addition on a house we went through 3 other builders who all backed out or ghosted us before we went with a "real" professional contractor. Peachtree exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, in every part of the process.Brian, our project manager, was easy to work with and talk to and kept us up to date with honest info every step of the way. When we had concerns about the quality of some of the subs' work, he usually had already noticed and was already on it, and if not he agreed and got it taken care of.I remodel houses for a living and expected any builder to use low quality builder grade materials. I was pleasantly surprised that they used Advantech flooring and other high quality stuff and the insulation and other work was all well done. Alex (the lead carpenter) and the other guys were conscientious, professional, and easy to work with and talk to.I renovated the kitchen, took out a bearing wall, did electric work and our volunteers painted and did other work while Peachtree took care of the addition. The residents moved in before the addition was complete and Brian and Alex somehow took all of this in stride!In a world where dealing with GCs is a challenge at best and a nightmare at worst, Peachtree was an amazing exception. “Jerry does excellent work with high attention to detail. We recently bought a ~100-year-old house and called Grounded Electric to update/change a few outlets and install ceiling fixture boxes in three bedrooms. Jerry's work was so precise that we did not even have to touch up the paint on our ceilings after he cut in from above to install the boxes! Every outlet and lightswitch he installed was also perfectly flush and level - details that are highly appreciated having seen much less precise work in past places we've lived. We will definitely be calling him again as we continue to update our home.“

“Absolutely Awesome!

We hired YRP to replace our shower with Onyx and replace the ceramic floor tile. My Dad was an outstanding small contractor for many decades. YRP would definitely the ‘Dad’ test with flying colors.

I meant to write this review months ago, but I haven’t gotten to it because there are A LOT of excellent things I want to write.

I will update this to provide more details, but for now I will just note YRP is honest, strives for perfection, did more work than I expected without charging additional for it, and were great to work with.

One HUGE shoutout to Wayne, who performed most of the work - he was stellar.
