“Met with Mr. Rowland today for a trim before the holidays. Service was quick, the haircut was precise, and Mr. Rowland was welcoming and personable. After he finished putting alcohol on my head and neck he said "There you go Rude Boy..." I was like "How do you know I'm a Rude Boy?" And he started laughing. Then said "I got friends...
