“Do yourself a favor and switch to this company. We have used them for our propane needs for several years and they have consistently been very responsive and professional. I recently had an issue that I thought might be related to a propane leak. Brain, the owner, came to my house within an hour of my call, thoroughly investigated the potential issue, talked me through what he was doing, and provided me with great education regarding propane setup. He went out of his way to investigate the problem even though he pretty quickly determined that it was not an issue with a propane leak. He actually discovered the real issue within about 10 minutes even though a heating and cooling tech from a plumbing company had spent 2 hours trying to figure it out and could not. He took the time to explain things to me, and even followed up a couple of days later to see how things were going. “Rick replaced our old furnace with a Navien Combi unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. His price was very fair and he had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. The system works great! A few weeks later, the hot water tank in my mothers house, leaked all over the cellar. Her furnace was also very old so I called Rick. Despite the fact that his family was due to go on vacation very shortly, the day before they left, he spent 12 hours installing the same unit at this house just so we would have hot water.
